Delivery and Returns Policy

These delivery and returns terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) establish the procedure for delivery and return of goods in the Elarion online store (hereinafter “Store”), located at the internet address elarion.io (hereinafter “Website”).

  1. Delivery

1.1. Goods are delivered worldwide.
1.2. Delivery methods: via postal services and courier providers.
1.3. Delivery time: orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Other regions: Delivery times may vary


1.4. Delivery price is indicated during the ordering process. The delivery price may vary depending on the delivery location.
1.5. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the package for visible damage before signing for delivery. If any damage is found, the Buyer should refuse the shipment or immediately report the issue to both the courier and the Seller.
1.6. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the fault of third parties.

  1. Return of Goods

2.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
2.2. To be eligible for a return, the goods must meet the following criteria:
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
– The item must not show any signs of wear or modification. The software configuration of the products must not be changed by the Buyer in order to be eligible for a return.
– Certain products (e.g., customized items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
– Products with security seals must have intact seals for return eligibility.

2.3. Methods of returning goods: the goods can be returned by post or courier.
2.4. The costs of returning the goods are paid by the Buyer, unless the goods are returned due to the Seller’s fault (e.g., you received the wrong product, the product is defective).
2.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. If the return does not meet the specified conditions, the refund may be partially reduced or declined.

  1. Exchange of Goods

3.1. The Buyer may request an exchange for another product (e.g., different model, size, or version) within 14 days of receipt. The exchanged items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in a new condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Certain products (e.g., customized or opened items) may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.


3.2. The shipping costs of the exchanged goods are paid by the Buyer, unless the goods are exchanged due to the Seller’s fault (e.g., you received the wrong product, the product is defective)
3.3. If the price of the exchanged goods differs, the Buyer must pay or the Seller must refund the price difference.

4.1. To claim warranty service, the Buyer must contact our support team at info@elarion.io Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue may be required. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.
